Hi I’m Kris LeSueur! My wife Tiersa and I were married in November 2002. We have 5 beautiful children Maya, Ella, Milly and twin boys Beckam and Brody. We also have two dogs Maverick and Macy. They sometime are harder than the kids! I am a rare Arizona native. My family has had our family business LeSueur Car Company since 1975. I have been a part of it since the day I was born in February 1977. In fact, my first house was on our car lot.

I currently run the business with my brothers and my parents. We have a great team of about 15 other employees (who we also treat like family). Our business has taught me so much about leadership and I’m grateful for being able wake up every day to work with my family and friends.

I have always been intellectually curious. I’ve always had the thought that I should just focus on one thing but over the last 10 years, I have been working on improving in so many areas of my life. It didn’t start with wanting to improve in multiple areas. It started with one area at a time.

The first big accomplishment for me that started all of this was committing to Ironman Arizona… A 2.4 mile swim, 112 mile bike ride and a 26.2 mile run.

My biggest endurance accomplishment was participating in the SEALFIT Kokoro Camp. (Let me assure you… There was no camping involved!) It’s a 50-hour crucible experience. I truly feel it changed my life forever. It taught me about knowing my “Why” and how to work as a team.

Now, I want to share what I’ve learned over the years and help others in the areas I have been working on improving. I believe that we don’t just need to focus on being great at one thing. I believe that everything we do is connected and that if we become great in one area it will help us to become great in other areas of our lives. We can consistently work on being great in many areas of our life. Some of the areas that I strive to work on are in parenting, family, spirituality, fitness, health, education and business.

Some of my favorite things to do are spending time with family, fitness (Tiersa and I own CrossFit Preferred in Gilbert), endurance events, mountain biking, trail running, long boarding, going to the beach (and basically anything that is active!).

I am a wife and mother to 5 beautiful children. Kris and I met in 2002 and were married later that year. Our first daughter Maya was born in June of 2006 and our second daughter Ella came 20 months later in 2008. Daughter number three Milly, was born 3 1/2 years later in July of 2011. In August of 2013 we had twin boys Beckam and Brody. Being a twin myself made it so much more exciting to be having twins. I will admit that life is hard with five children but most of the time the joy that a big family brings out weighs the daily chaos that is our life.

I was born in Provo, Utah. My family moved to Mesa Arizona when I was 2 years old. We lived there until 1994 when our family moved back to Utah to live in sunny St. George. I went to junior high and high school there where I participated in my high school basketball and volleyball teams. After graduation I moved to Provo, Utah to attend Utah Valley University (then known as Utah Valley State College) but eventually my path led me back to live in Arizona where I met and married Kris LeSueur. My college career continued in Arizona as I attended Chandler Gilbert Community College and then moved on to Arizona State University. I graduated with my Bachelors in Dietetics in May of 2006 from ASU. Motherhood became my main focus for the next 8 years and although I have been able to use my nutrition knowledge for my family I am just now getting back into using my knowledge in nutrition, diet and exercise to help others.

Recently Kris LeSueur and I purchased a CrossFit gym in Gilbert CrossFit Preferred and we both received our CrossFit Level 1 Training in January 2015. I have also recently started a boot camp for women in my area at the park that meets 3 times a week and I am currently working with several of them to help them with their diet as well. I enjoy cooking and trying new healthy recipes for myself and my family. I often have healthy recipe exchange nights and nutrition classes at my house and love helping people along their journey to a healthier life. Kris and I also really enjoy any outdoor activities including hiking, trail running, kayaking, swimming, biking and are always up for new adventures.

My purpose in life is first to be a good mother and to raise my children to be caring loving people that serve each other and look for ways to serve others. I also have a strong desire to help others learn how to be healthy through food and exercise and I hope to be able to inspire many people as I am inspired by others.
